Atlantic and Metalblade recording artists BANSHEE have reunited and are recording their 4th album. The Kansas City heavy metal band’s original members Terry Dunn (guitar) & Chuck Hopkins (bass) will be joined by ASKA/OMEN vocalist George Call and drummer Marty Schiermann (LOOKER/SNAKEY BILLY).

Tracks are being recorded in various studios in Dallas, Des Moines & Omaha with an expected release in Spring of 2012.

“Terry and I have just spent 3 weeks in the studio doing final arrangements and Marty just finished several drum tracks and we are doing sub-mixes right now. We will release a free single from the album in a few weeks downloadable from bansheerocks.com so we want everyone to be watching for it. This will give the fans a taste of the new album.

The songwriting, and the sound production of this new project will be great. Hard Rock lovers should simply not miss this record which will showcase our various influences in a cutting edge release. This is a very exciting production for us and we can’t wait to get it out there.”
